List Price $11,586. Approximate Retail Value as sold through Office Furniture USA: $5,675 or one (1) Mayline/Tiffany Conference Room Suite pre selected by Sponsor, consisting of a conference table, a low wall cabinet, a buffet credenza, a presentation board and six chairs. List Price $8,664. Approximate Retail Value as sold through Office Furniture USA: $4,586 or one (1) Cruise Vacation Package voucher with an Average Retail Value (ARV) of up to $4,500. Winner will work directly with All Seasons Travel to develop their Cruise Vacation Package. In the event that all cruise vacations are sold out at the time of redemption, this voucher will hold a value of $4,500.00 and may be used towards any package still available. The bearer of this free cruise vacation voucher is responsible for any difference in price due to reserving any higher priced package, additional travelers, or fees applied as a result of a change in the reservation and are responsible for all government departure taxes, optional travel insurance, and personal spending. Drawings are conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email, and verifiable parental consent will be required, along with completion of the full entry form. Upon receipt of information and parental consent, confirmation will be sent to winner in writing via USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor's choice.

Prize Conditions: Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize. Internet Limitations of Liability: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of this termination date.
